Privacy & deletion requests
Request access, correction or deletion of personal information.
Contact status
You may send a written request to Clove Media LLC, Attn: Privacy, 4755 Midlane Dr, Hilliard, Ohio 43026, United States. You may also email Business@clove-consulting.com with the subject Privacy Request.
What to include
In your written request, provide a return contact, the email used for your order and an order number if available, and the type of request: access, correction, deletion or another applicable privacy right. Do not include a payment-card number, password or identity document in an initial request.
Verification
Only the information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity and locate your records should be requested. Rights and verification requirements depend on the jurisdiction and information involved.
Deletion limits
Some transaction or security records may need to be retained for legal obligations or resolving disputes. Any applicable exception should be explained in the response. Ask us about the providers, backups and records involved in your request.
Hosting account information
For information connected to your hosting-platform sign-in, use that platform’s privacy and account controls. Frontmark does not administer your OpenAI account.
