Love your headshots, or request 100% of your money back.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you do not like your delivered images, request a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. The refund covers the entire amount you paid for the session, including applicable taxes collected with that order. No need to justify your taste.
No redo required
One complimentary style redo is included. You may choose a redo or request a refund directly. A redo is not a condition of receiving your refund. If you choose a redo, the refund window will run for 30 days from delivery of the replacement set.
How to request
Email Business@clove-consulting.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. Do not send card details or identity documents. The same address handles order help and refund requests.
Payment method
Refunds return to the original payment method. We will confirm when a refund is issued. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears; timing varies by bank and payment provider.
Cancellation and missing delivery
If you cancel before image processing begins, request a full refund. If processing has begun, the satisfaction guarantee remains available. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will refund it. Mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights are not restricted by this policy.
